Many shrugged at the idea of an unarmed traffic officer or traffic cameras. I wondered how a light at such a high volume intersection could remain broken with no intervention from @PennDOTNews @PECOconnect or @PhillyPolice to make sure people get through without incident. 7/

@PECOconnect @rossinphl I understand that. But why do I need to verify my account to tell you the block that has an outage? It should be easy to go to the map or text or tweet or send a carrier pigeon and say the power is out on the 300 blocks of Tasker and Cross Streets without having to verify.
