    @PECOconnect your customer service is incredibly horrible. Line crew out for a scheduled pole replacement in front of my house. No warning for any of us residents and it’s been almost 10 hours and your incompetent line crew subs can’t even set the pole straight. Terrible.

    @PECOconnect Is there an issue with your app and site? I cannot retrieve our acct info. I know my bill is due next wk and I certainly don’t want my 1st bill to be late. I’ve tried at home and at work and I cannot log in. And the app just “thinks”.

    @1509lucky @PECOconnect I can mail a check but it’ll be late or I call and get charged a $3 service fee! Ridiculous! This is why I don’t trust them taking money directly each month.

    @PECOconnect Sent a DM about why I haven't received a bill 2 months after moving my service to a new address. The customer service rep I have been on the phone with for close to 30 minutes hasn't been helpful in the least. Would love an answer.

    @PECOconnect here’s an idea, how about you pay your (Im assuming) union workers overtime, and schedule planned outages on a weekend day????? You constantly make the life of those you “provide electricity” (I say that loosely, since my power is always out) difficult!
