    I told the @optimum agent that I work from home and that my service should be the most effective, he promised me that everything would change, now I come home after a long day at work to do my second job and the internet is gone, but thank you I’ll switch back to @Verizon again.

    @optimum @HBO @hbomax I’ve called in at least 3 times over the past two weeks regarding a serious issue with one of your representatives asking my mother for her credit card details and charging her account, and each time I was told that a supervisor would call me back. No one has called me back 1/2

    @optimum it’s been three days since I haven’t had Wifi,Cable or phone service. I’ve called Customer service multiple times about my service being out because of a truck that passed by my block and pulled a wire, so far NO ONE has come to resolve the issue

    @optimum DON'T FALL FOR IT!! I pre-ordered a "free" iPhone 17 with a trade in during the October promotion and was SCAMMED! They LOST my phone (for 3 months) and now I'm being told I never participated in the promotion but "bought" the phone (even though I have FedEx tracking to prove it)
