If I haven’t had power since 9am while others have been just fine, then it’s not rolling. It’s intentionally in particular areas, and someone needs to explain why!

Your app indicated that I finally had power so I make the dangerous trek home...only 2 find there’s still no pwr. Not why Brownwood Ln can’t get pwr. We’ve done our bid.
