    How did @ERCOT_ISO and @oncor decide who gets negatively affected by these “rolling outages” and who doesn’t? If I haven’t had power since 9am while others have been just fine, then it’s not rolling. It’s intentionally in particular areas, and someone needs to explain why!

    @ERCOT_ISO @oncor please get our power back on ASAP because this is ridiculous where we are all in different areas because of the damn power and I’m tired of this Ive been over 30 hours without power in my house because of the lack of power and it’s ridiculous so please hurry

    @ERCOT_ISO @oncor I have now been without power for 56 hours. The neighboring STREETS have pwr & always had. Your app indicated that I finally had power so I make the dangerous trek home...only 2 find there’s still no pwr. Not why Brownwood Ln can’t get pwr. We’ve done our bid.

    @oncor Thank You for the exceptional customer service I’ve received about a problem we’ve been having. The person on the phone and tech that came out helped & explained everything to me. After several months I finally have some next steps and I’m now aware of what’s happening.

    @oncor You know it’s really great when there’s record breaking freezing temperatures and I can’t get a single ETA besides we have no idea when your power will be back on and hangs up without being able to speak to anyone. How about letting customers make informed decisions?

    @oncor ‘21 flashbacks of no power for a week. You said power would be on by 8:00 & now 2:00. Is it really going to happen or do I have to pack up fridges, freezers, animals, kids & go somewhere else? FYI transformer buried in neighbor’s yard controls our 2 houses. Help please!

    @oncor Since freeze of 2021, there has been frequent power loss via Oncor in this area of Pflugerville/Travis County. Most Recently outages have occurred on 3/23/23, 3/21/23, 3/16/23, 2/15/23, 2/1/23, 12/22/22, 10/31/22, 9/29/22.

    @oncor you charge extra money on my bill ($75 Jan. Bill) and you can’t keep the electricity running this week. In fours day, my electricity went out 3 of those days like this morning. You are having citizens paying for line maintenance in stead of the state.

    @oncor 42 hours later power has been restored. Grateful for the workers out there actually fixing stuff, but your customer service is god awful. Do better. A ten minute storm shouldn’t leave thousands of people in the dark for two days. If we had another option you’d be ******.
