@oncor Maybe if you were proactive and provided updates to your customers the systems wouldn't crash. We have been without power since 2:15 a.m. and it is 45 degrees in our home. No idea what the problem is or when we will be back online. Sure would be nice to know this information!

  • Sheri2020

@dymplesaredecei @oncor I agree @oncor since when do you turn on power for 30 minutes every hour and a half and think we can stay warm! Who made this decision?

@oncor @ERCOT_ISO The power has been out in #Frisco Texas since at least 4:30 a.m. It’s now 1:45 p.m. Unroll your outage in Frisco as the temperature in our house is 55 degrees. And I am going to miss “Judge Judy.”

@ERCOT_ISO You are completely responsible for this colossal disaster! There is no rotating power! We have none! We cannot get a response from Oncor nor can we get a status update! No power for over literally 30 minutes of power in the last 14hr and non in 10! @oncor @GregAbbott_TX

  • ryanaflock
Ryan Flock (@ryanaflock) reported from McKinney, Texas

@oncor can you give an update on power outage in McKinney TX? This is way beyond a “controlled” outage. 2 hours on, 14 hours off shouldn’t be an energy strategy...

  • Lexxxtaylor

@oncor after 30 hours without any power at all, my fish finally passed due to their tank water dropping into the 40s. After 100s of phone calls, reports on the app, we finally gained power back this morning (who knows how long it will on for)unfortunately not soon enough though.

  • pavan_buell
