We have been without power since 2:15 a.m. and it is 45 degrees in our home. No idea what the problem is or when we will be back online. Sure would be nice to know this information!

After 100s of phone calls, reports on the app, we finally gained power back this morning (who knows how long it will on for)unfortunately not soon enough though.
