We have been without power since 2:15 a.m. and it is 45 degrees in our home. No idea what the problem is or when we will be back online. Sure would be nice to know this information!

Camping out by the fireplace tonight. The rest of the house will be sub 50 degrees by morning. This isn’t sustainable. Not a fan of @ERCOT_ISO and @oncor right now. 😡

Outage started at 9:30 am cst and till now no electricity and even there is no way to reach oncor. This is big problem for me as I have small kid. Heater is not running as no electricity.
