@scottrmoore @Midcontinent I’m in Eudora just outside of Lawrence. No idea but I know when we moved in, Midco was literally the only service we could get

Tried watching a movie and @Midcontinent’s absolutely garbage internet service (literally the only one we can get at our house) has basically stopped working. If I could get literally any other service provider I’d switch in a nano second

@Midcontinent Service idea: internet connection installed but not activated. Low monthly cost. When backup internet is needed, can be activated at a premium price.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years to some degree or another and in that time I have never had a single bad experience with @midcontinent customer service. I have a bit of phone anxiety in that I don’t like to call people I don’t know, but never nervous when calling Midco.

@Midcontinent Is there a reason why tv shows are about 15-20 seconds behind on our MidcoTV? Never had this issue prior to having MidcoTv but notice the delay during football games, Survivor, Dancing with the Stars, Amazing Race etc Is there a fix for this issue?
