  Midco has the worst Wi-Fi ever. It’s been in and out for 3 weeks and when we contact them, they say theres nothing wrong. My laptop cannot use Wi-Fi, my iPad can use Wi-Fi but it’s spotty, my iPad mini and phone connect to Wi-Fi. My PS4 has no Wi-Fi. @Midcontinent fix it.

  @Midcontinent I am having intermittent trouble with my connection at 507 Wally St. in Harwood, North Dakota. Just now 2.5 MB download, 49 meg upload. This has been going on for weeks. Sometimes it’s lightning fast but too often very slow. Can you please advise or send somebody?

  @Midcontinent Sure. That'll help. It's what I really want right now is someone to call me, tell me everything is fine per their Sonar software, and that the issue is obviously me and my equipment. Hooray! Can't wait for fiber to get here so we have an alternative than using our 4G phones.

  @Midcontinent Is there a reason why tv shows are about 15-20 seconds behind on our MidcoTV? Never had this issue prior to having MidcoTv but notice the delay during football games, Survivor, Dancing with the Stars, Amazing Race etc Is there a fix for this issue?

  @Midcontinent IT IS NOT WORKING!!! This is so annoying. I have consistent trouble with Midco. Yesterday for 2 hours a agent on the chat couldn't figure out why my services weren't working. Then they came back on. Now, again, it says my channels aren't in my package. And the phone just hangs up

  @Midcontinent Explore this product offering: a backup internet connection for low price that can be turned on when your customer needs it. Then you charge a premium for usage.

  @Midcontinent No, you need to get in touch with them. The problem isn't the customer, it's the Sector, the broadcast from GFND, and staff misreading Sonar. Send an onsite as there hasn't been on there in over a year and the speeds aren't improving, not weather related either
