    @MetroByTMobile Metro by T-Mobile you say you don't understand my billing problem when you're the one who bills me. That makes as much sense as your new ghost phone. Metro by T-Mobile there ghost phone for dropped calls every day 365 days a year 7 days a week.

    @MetroByTMobile Metro by T-Mobile if you knew how important it was for me to keep using your service then I wouldn't be calling you now to try and get service. That's the way it works I give you money you give me service. Metro by T-Mobile I think you should service me.

    @MetroByTMobile I'm glad I'm going to Verizon they have better service than Metro by T-Mobile the most dropped calls in the world today I'll be glad to get off of T-Mobile and they're getting sued and my service will become much worse once this case is signed off

    @MetroByTMobile Don't call me friend my friends do not steal off me Metro by T-Mobile. I don't feel like paying for dropped calls I am poor not rich like you. Every month just think of all the dropped calls that everyone receive on there ghost phones from Metro by T-Mobile.

    @MetroByTMobile Metro by T-Mobile all you want to do is talk about a problem you don't want to do anything about it. Metro by T-Mobile is based in the Philippines. This way they use robots to take care of their downtime. Which is all the time.

    @ZOrtiz99 @Andy8671025 MetroPCS (Metro by T-Mobile) is just their prepaid brand. You’re getting the same service minus with Metro, minus the satellite, perks, and maybe a few roaming agreements. You mention affordability, I’d stick with Metro.

    @MetroByTMobile Your phone help is very noisy with many voices and impossible to hear. I renewed my credit card but continue to receive notices that my card is expiring. This is VERY irritating. I need verification. I'm thinking of leaving Metro after YEARS of using it.

    And of course @MetroByTMobile is so scummy they are going to charge me to swap my sim card so it works on this old phone for a few days then charge me again to swap it back once I replace a single cable. Can a lawmaker crack down on this bs so phone companies can't do that

    @MetroByTMobile I live in Dayton Ohio basically, but the dynamic IP address given to me by the network to my gateway shows Columbus. I'm not in Columbus. It's causing issues with some of my apps because the network IP address is not showing Dayton or Cincinnati as it should.

    Is there a reason that the @MetroByTMobile employees in Philly never answer for the customers calling their stores? I literally called every store in West and North Philly. Is this a store wide culture of employees not answering the phones? I want my damn bake set!
