  @MediacomSupport The whole neighborhood does not have Internet here in Chanhassen. Can't get to your site to report an outage because of an SSL certificate error. Seems like maybe y'all are having a rough day, hope it gets better, but an acknowledgement / update would be great!

  @metronetfiber After years of Mediacom being down multiple times a week, I have had Metronet for a yearish. The only issues we had were the contractors cutting our line when installing the neighbors. Service-wise, things have been great. Customer service is another story. I just liked the meme.

  I'm really at the point where I am so frustrated with the terrible customer service and antiquated computer system of @MediacomSupport This is the second month in a row that their system has messed up and put my mobile phone payment on my broadband account. Therefore it shuts off my mobile service! Nobody at @MediaComUS is listening

  I can't wait to find out how much my phone with @MediacomCable will be so I can end my time with @Verizon (19 years) since they aren't willing to help me get the phone i want without charging me an arm and a leg on my bill. With mediacom my first year will be free besides device
