    @MnSportsChick19 Sadly that’s the only thing mediacom will help you with us technical issues. Mediacom never helps with billing even to their loyal customers. Their prices are outrageous and they never help anyone. Your making a good choice.

    @MediacomSupport this has got to be fixed. 35 straight days with internet interruptions. Neighbors jumping ship to Verizon home internet among others. 3 techs have been in my home this past month. No solutions. Horrible.

    I desperately need an alternative to Mediacom. I'm considering @Starlink but I anticipate some delay in installing a Starlink kit because I have to find someone to run the cable, so I need to know at what point the monthly service charges would begin. @Starlink can you DM me the info? TIA

    @Blazikenfanftw Was that with fiber or DSL? Mediacom has caused me issues in the past usually when the seasons change. There is a "local" fiber also that's saying they are expanding around the same time so not sure if they piggie backing off them or just timing?

    @tferriss @Verizon @TMobile I live in a tiny beach town with terrible service…we finally got access to TMobile here and I got the home internet, cut my bill by 2/3 and my internet is lightning fast. They shipped the box in 2 days, it took 15 minutes to setup. Before with Mediacom, I’d lose signal constantly in the middle of podcasts. Now I can stream in 4K with no issues.

    Mediacom is the ******* worst ISP I've ever had. ****, my awful internet in 2004 was better than this. At least that didn't stop every few minutes and have multiple weekly outages.

    @MediacomSupport once again I have no internet. Why is it one rep tells me it’s my internet, the next tells me it’s an outage, the next tells me it’s my problem. This happens every month. How hard is it to fix your internet
