You need the maint guys, not me." 4 houses on street, 3 have mediacom. All having major issues including 2 doctors doing video calls with patients.

Online tool said a signal issue, which I find hard to believe because it does improve periodically - in other words if it was cable/splitter/modem issue it would be consistently bad. Modem recycle fixed prev, but not now
