But the main issue is the upload speeds, you offer 250MB down and only like 15MB up which is crazy

Your price points are way to high even if you could fix the slow Upload speeds to keep me our house around.

They shipped the box in 2 days, it took 15 minutes to setup. Before with Mediacom, I’d lose signal constantly in the middle of podcasts. Now I can stream in 4K with no issues.
