  @thekellyfrances @Saturnist @IRStaxpros Same happened to me. Same issues. Held for 6 hrs and got hung up on back when they were “taking” calls. Sent follow ups and nothing. Guess will go back to an appointment at the irs office in downtown. Following for better ideas and guidance

  @IRSnews I’ve been trying to find out where my Moms refund is since March but still nothing…. She is on a tight budget with a fixed income. I’ve never been able to reach a human and the help desk on the website just says it’s still being processed. Help!?!

  @IRStaxpros Making adoption ‘more affordable’ through tax credits sounds noble. but isn’t it really an admission that the system prices families out of giving children homes? If adoption depends on tax breaks, maybe the real issue is why love has to be subsidized at all.
