The @IRSnews website says my tax refund was sent April 6th. IRS customer service says I sent the "wrong bank information", then changed their story that I was sent a paper check due the 14th, even though I did not sign or send in the form. $1,335 was expected on @Chime.

@IRSnews What a ******* joke the IRS is. Filled my taxes over 60 days ago. Waiting on my refund for over 45 days now. Was forced to create a MyId account through a 3rd party 3 days before i was suppose to get my return. Now returns reprocessed so far additional 30 days. ******* ridiculous

@GDHiguain @IRSnews The IRS issues a demand notice (like CP80) for repayment of erroneous refunds, plus interest from the refund date. If unpaid, they offset any future refunds, levy bank accounts/wages, or file liens. Direct deposits to accounts closed after withdrawal can't be easily reversed by the bank, so recovery shifts to the taxpayer's record address, SSN traces, or third-party collections. @IRSnews Mailed out federal and state on JANUARY 27TH recieved my State refund but almost 2 months later and. Still haven't received me federal refund and what 5 years still haven't received my 2nd stimulus check wtf is going on ? But if i was filing late I'd be fined
