And of course, I go on the site to try one more time, I enter the same info as I did before and as soon as I go enter my credit card info the site crashes and then I have to redo everything all over again and now it says Registration error. SMMFH #IDVERIFY #IRS SUCK ASS!

Hey @cbriancpa I recently found out if you forgot to update your bank account info with your tax professional, you can update it with the correct bank info through your IRS online portal to reprocess the tax refund. I wonder if @IRStaxpros or @IRSnews knew about this feature?
