    @GEICO yall suck. Just switched to @progressive and saved $40 a month with a better policy. Hiking a 7 year long customers rate by 30% isn't good business

    So disappointed with @GEICO. Since December, they claim there is a mystery “glitch” that prevents them from accessing my account. Couldn’t assure me they wouldn’t keep billing me after canceling. After 30 years, this is how they operate. So I went with @USAA instead.

    If a company makes $45B a year, hiring enough underwriters shouldn’t be a problem. I submitted the documents @GEICO requested and now my life is on hold waiting for underwriting verification. This shouldn’t take days just to confirm basic paperwork. We deserve better service.

    If you are disabled, hard of hearing, cannot hear, have mobility issues, etc., DO NOT buy insurance with @geico because you will NEVER be able to reach a LIVE PERSON. You will get stuck going around in circles in their phone system. Buy insurance somewhere else.

    Every company wants 100-150 to do The thing they promised they would do. It’s ******* crazy out here. @geico wants to charge a cancellation fee when you switch companies @bestbuy wants to charge a fee to come make use equipment is broken for the warranty you purchased

    SO @GEICO SORRY AGENT TOLD ME I DIDNT HAVE A PAYMENT DUE AFTER I BROUGHT MY ACCOUNT UP. I WAS TOLD A PAY WOULD BE DUE IN FEB. PAID IT MARCH. NOW IM GETTING A BILL FOR $1000 cause they saying I missed a payment. No dummy your agent told me I didn’t have a payment @BenFerber HELP

    @GEICO avoid geico at all costs!..They are liars..will bait you in, lie to you...raise your rates..Will be my last year with them...worst company ive ever dealt with..They are trained to lie to you...youve been warned
