    at @GEICO 10 years of paying, you forced insurance with no claim ever and you send me a letter thanking me for being a good tool how about a month for free or something. paying you is not a privilege its forced by threat of violence/law at least give back some

    @GEICO has had my claim for a sunroof repair for over TWO WEEKS without any movement. Anyone have any insight on who to call OUTSIDE OF customer service (which hasn’t been able to help)?

    If a company makes $45B a year, hiring enough underwriters shouldn’t be a problem. I submitted the documents @GEICO requested and now my life is on hold waiting for underwriting verification. This shouldn’t take days just to confirm basic paperwork. We deserve better service.

    Yea I think it’s time for me to leave GEICO every time I turn around my bill is going up… I haven’t been in no accidents no tickets and I’m paying 165.15 w a 1000 deductible that’s crazy. @GEICO

    And now @Geico just increased it another 10% AGAIN, 6 months later with zero tickets, zero accidents. They’re going to replace the Gecko mascot with Gordon Gecko because greed is good. @StealthQE4 Why doesn’t the @FTC or someone ever investigate the insurance industry for fraud?

    Hey @GEICO - My six month premium is almost 1k. I WFH, no other drivers, 0 marks on my driving record. Submitted my first claim in years for a cracked windshield. You are charging me in full for the service and part. WTF is the point of your business then? Absolute nonsense.

    @GEICO I’m currently a GEICO customer and received a letter stating the will soon cancel my insurance due to incorrect information, without clear explanation. I had GEICO for over 15 plus years. I’m confused and I don’t need to be transferred to a link
