    @AskFrontier It seems in Lancaster county area we've lost all internet service It's going on 8 hours. First text I received said it would be restored by 16:00 . It's well past that and we're still not giving any updates as to the cause or timeline to have it functioning again

    Hey, @AskFrontier Net issues for a week. Finally got a live tech. Sending new Eero… but problem is the cable? So no Net for more days. And then will still need on-site tech to come fix bad cable company installed. More days w/out Net. Why not send tech w/new Eero and cable?

    Hey @FrontierCorp we are Now going into our 4th day of no Internet and almost no information. There was no notice of an upcoming outage. When we notified tech support we were told it would be three day outage with NO explanation. Now still no joy 17 hours after est recovery.

    @FrontierCorp how do I get a supervisor for assistance. Was going to change from xfinity but upset at poor service. Tired of overseas support reading off a card when in the states.

    @AskFrontier I am in leola, pa. I ternet has been down since around 12:08 (noon)..a little over 8 hours. I haven't gotten any updates even though I gave my number to get updates.
