    @AskFrontier I'm back home and after service was restored after the extended Santa Ana event and associated power outage here over Thanksgiving, my fiber speeds are down and my voice line has a massive buzz making voice calls impossible.

    So as ******* awful as @Ask_Spectrum is I've never had to endure a 4 day full outage of service that I'm facing with @AskFrontier - with fiber no less. I've never had a 4 day outage in the history of the internet - about 28 years for me. ******* ridiculous.

    @AskFrontier Newtown CT - Internet down on our fiber. eero shows a red light. Are you having a problem? Tried the usual reboot. No change.

    @FrontierCorp I’ve been without internet. Support confirmed my ONT has signal but is not assigning an IP to my router. My account shows copper instead of fiber. I now have to wait days for a tech. This needs escalation ASAP.

    @FrontierCorp it sure why my 500/500 service goes down 2-3 times every day. When it comes back up it’s 80/60. Customer service is absolutely worthless. I’m going to start taking screenshots and file a class action lawsuit. Not getting what I am paying for.

    @FrontierCorp I just had fiber installed and the line has been left exposed and barely buried, with no conduit where it enters my property-worst experience ever. Avoid Frontier. This is a safety risk and could easily be damaged. #Frontier #CustomerService

    Hey @FrontierCorp Bad cable install = no Net for a week. Eero replacement won’t help the issue. But only “resolution” offered was DIY new Eero (3more days) and then wait more days for on-site tech??? How ‘bout tech comes ASAP w/Eero and cable and does the job right this time?
