I call @FrontierCorp and go through the process of restarting the router...Its the OP and they cannot fix it remotely because it will interfere with other users in my building. Surprise I received another "Ticket" and apology.

I spoke to 2 agents before the billing cycle, both whom said it would be taken care of. Never did. Third agent tried to gaslight that it wasn't in my chat history. I have screen grabs.

It's well past that and we're still not giving any updates as to the cause or timeline to have it functioning again
