Call support said audited said we never had paid 4vmail. So you turn off without notice. Now on phone with multiple departments ping ponging who can restore.😭

We get voice Mail constantly. Your internet service is good but your customer service reeks.

None will take to other but say it's the others issue. Why as a customer 1. Be told by your staff I am not on fios fiber. Which I am for 5 years. Have fiber line modem .

Gary in DFW (@LakerGMC_) reportedI see looking at old bills this @FrontierCorp problem even worse than I thought. The $10 increase this month was because a one year loyalty discount ran out. I got that when I they tried to raise my bill to double what new customers pay a year ago, and they dropped it and added a $10 loyalty discount for a year BUT ALSO ADDED THE NEW $10 ADD-ON WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, eating up the loyalty discount. So they ripped me off for $120 for a year, pretending they were giving me a discount that I never got. My bad for not being more observant, which I guess was the point - they knew I probably wouldn't catch it. I will watch their bills like a hawk from now on.

Kristy (@kristybrianne) reported@AskFrontier is actually the worst for internet. Dont fall for the low prices. Slow internet, frequent outages, impossible to talk to a real customer service rep, no communication, etc. We're headed back to our old provider.
