    @FrontierCorp You would think with the amount of money you charge for your service, you would treat customers paying for the 2gig fiber service much better, instead of informing them at the last few minutes of the half day window you scheduled that your installation person isn't showing up!

    @FrontierCorp Hey guys.. this is the third day in a row that I’m on the phone with customer service. I’m being reassured for the third time that my internet and phone will be installed in 2 days. The order for whatever reason keeps being “deactivated” or put on “hold”

    So @AskFrontier sends a guy to our home today to see if he can improve our .03mbps and he shuts down our lines. Turn them back on and leaves & now we have NO internet. No connectivity. Frontier must do better. I have work & daughter has class tomorrow. This is a now fix.

    @FrontierCorp I did call and was able to process my order but was told I couldn’t get the gift card because I did the order over the phone; I ask that you honor the gift card offer as it’s your website that was the problem & reason I could not process my order online

    @FrontierCorp your sales rep need to work on their customer service. They offered me 12 Mbps internet, and i refused it bc I’m already running 200, and was looking for Fiber Gig. The sales associate’s name was Abby. She didn’t even thank me for calling. Just hung up on me lol.

    happens for sure. The area we are moving to has poor cell phone reception.. so I don’t want to waste 4 hours with no cell phone service and no one shows up. And guess what happened when I got off the phone with the @FrontierCorp customer service gal.. who was very pleasant btw

    @FrontierCorp I’ve sent you two DMs and posted a screenshot of what I sent in this thread. I don’t know what else to do. I’m switching to Spectrum, I’m done with the slow speeds, constant service interruptions and lengthy time to repairs.

    Hey @FrontierCorp Bad cable install = no Net for a week. Eero replacement won’t help the issue. But only “resolution” offered was DIY new Eero (3more days) and then wait more days for on-site tech??? How ‘bout tech comes ASAP w/Eero and cable and does the job right this time?
