Turn them back on and leaves & now we have NO internet. No connectivity. Frontier must do better. I have work & daughter has class tomorrow. This is a now fix.

They offered me 12 Mbps internet, and i refused it bc I’m already running 200, and was looking for Fiber Gig. The sales associate’s name was Abby. She didn’t even thank me for calling. Just hung up on me lol.

The area we are moving to has poor cell phone reception.. so I don’t want to waste 4 hours with no cell phone service and no one shows up. And guess what happened when I got off the phone with the @FrontierCorp customer service gal.. who was very pleasant btw
