    @XfinitySupport how do u send an in-house tech & a truck to my home on a holiday, text me that service is restored & then refuse to send a tech back until FRIDAY when the service IS NOT restored? Maybe @FrontierCorp can get me new service quicker.

    @AskFrontier the frontier app does not work for me to pay my bill, I’m unable to pay my bill online, tech support can’t resolve these issues since March 2019 and I’m going to cancel my services if my issues are not fixed by my next payment

    @AskFrontier been getting drop outs all night, cannot reach a tech rep, only automated service that tells me to restart my router. I have done this many times with no result.

    WOW, Just endured the rudest 'sales pitch' from a guy repping @FrontierCorp door to door in our neighborhood -- questioned our use of another service & implied our stupidity. Didn't identify who he worked for right away either. Not how u get our business #fortwayne #badbusiness

    Going to have to confess that I’m impressed with @AskFrontier service today. Tech was here in under an hour from my first call. Only the fire department gets to your door faster than that! #frontier #CustomerService

    @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier @AskFrontier 1. Called on 3/25. Noticed the mistake when I received an email confirmation. 2. Called first thing on 3/26 agent said they would cancel the order. I guess the agent was distracted and didn’t do as she advised.

    @AskFrontier The customer service line takes forever to respond. My bill went from 39.99 to 44.99 then 59.99 then it is saying next month it is going to be 69.99. How is this ethical? I am a customer for 13 years…@AskFrontier

    @FrontierCorp Hey, Why is giga not working? Called, have now been on hold for a while Ironically ,I canceled Verizon to join Frontier only for you guys to get persuasively bought out by them I knew it was bad when a chat agent accidentally pasted their dialogue script in our chat room

    At a loss for what to do? @AskFrontier. You all have the wrong email for my account. I spend hours on chat and on the phone and they say we have to send you a security code. I can’t receive it because the email you have for me is incorrect. How can someone help me?

    @AskFrontier He must have your private messages turned off because it just keeps returning back. Just took my account off of auto pay. And guess what? I will be a new Armstrong customer come May the 2nd.
