    So according to @FrontierCorp custody service, my cable boxes, which are hooked up to coax, aren't working because my internet modern is broken, but my internet works fine. Finding out on demand service is down for a lot of people in tampa now. Hmmm

    @AskFrontier Hey! Ron at tech support was awesome. Very patient, helpful and considerate. Side note: We'll be cancelling our service shortly after you replace the Verizon boxes we still have because @espn and #mondaynightfootball aren't working. Again, Ron was outstanding.

    @FrontierCorp I have been trying to get technical support for days. I finally got a hold of someone 3 days ago and a technician was supposed to come yesterday and never showed. I’m wasting another day trying to get resolution. This is the worst support ever received.

    @AskFrontier my Wi-Fi has been down for a couple hours have been attempting to contact a live person via phone or chat for over an hour. This is ridiculous.

    @AskFrontier is actually the worst for internet. Dont fall for the low prices. Slow internet, frequent outages, impossible to talk to a real customer service rep, no communication, etc. We're headed back to our old provider.
