Andre Lamb (@drelamb) reported@FrontierCorp had me on one for raising my rates and followed by a 2-day outage. Was about to switch to the competition but got them on the phone and they hooked me up with new much lower rate for the same speed! Kudos to @FrontierCorp !!!!

Alex Carrasquillo (@KetonicFuel) reported(1/2) @FrontierCorp Wasa charged a $10 fee for rental routers provided for a free month. I spoke to 2 agents before the billing cycle, both whom said it would be taken care of. Never did. Third agent tried to gaslight that it wasn't in my chat history. I have screen grabs.
