    @FrontierCorp Captain's log, day three of no internet and absolutely zero customer support. Nobody seems to care that I run a small business from home that requires internet. My wife's job and our kids schooling also require internet. #frontierinternetsucks

    I keep losing channels, but my bill goes up unless I battle it out with someone on the phone. How exactly does this work @FrontierCorp I listened to Music Choice multiple times a week and now it’s just gone. Extremely unhappy customer. 😡 #frontiercommunications

    @AskFrontier I haven’t had internet for 6 days, customer service has been useless saying there’s no outage it’s my equipment got a new one that wont connect to the network or server cause of the outage now they want to say it’s the outage but want to send another box like why

    Hey @FrontierCorp Bad cable install = no Net for a week. Eero replacement won’t help the issue. But only “resolution” offered was DIY new Eero (3more days) and then wait more days for on-site tech??? How ‘bout tech comes ASAP w/Eero and cable and does the job right this time?

    @AskFrontier @Verizon since they’re connected. Are both down now. 78640. Barely any service and should have full 5g uw. Barely lte working. And fiber is out.

    @AskFrontier OK but I was without Frontier Internet service for nearly a week and my current bill reflects NO credits for the days when my Area-wide Internet service was down.

    @AskFrontier He must have your private messages turned off because it just keeps returning back. Just took my account off of auto pay. And guess what? I will be a new Armstrong customer come May the 2nd.
