    @FrontierCorp That is a load of corporate garbage. An arbitrary decision made from a PowerPoint slide at a staff meeting. Doesn’t affect anyone at the Connecticut corporate office! Frontier doesn’t care about or understand its Florida customers!

    @AskFrontier Absolutely NO internet in Riverview FL. Called and was told they knew about it. It has been out since yesterday around 1pm. Complete outage. Its now 930am the next day, and it’s STILL out. What is the problem, and do we know how long this will go on? I work at home.

    . @FrontierCorp accidentally cancel my fios account. I had to call, wait 30 min, they need to create a new account, not prorating my previous account and I need several hours for them to restore my service. How is that fair? You made the mistake and I pay for it??! #NeverAgain

    @DelilahSDawson @FrontierCorp Frontier is horrible at customer service, we have had two outages in a month. It took them a week to come fix it the first time and the service guy was extremely rude!!!!!

    Looks like the thunderstorm just knocked out my @AskFrontier and possibly the TV in my bedroom. No internet and no TV seems like the boxes are bricked. #help I work from home 😭

    @FrontierCorp is charging me $5 more a month now to hook up my phone bc they couldn’t transfer my service when I moved a month ago bc of #COVID Said I couldn’t get my old rate. I wasn’t asking for help, just what I had been paying. Great business plan. 😡 #Covid_19 #bbb @bbb_us

    @AskFrontier Most imp problem i got: I'm being charged $80 xtra/mo. for 2-3 months now bec I'm supposed to have FREE 411 CALLING (I AM BLIND). I had it for MANY YEARS thru Frontier! But had to redo the form & had my Dr. fill it out 2x already & faxed 3x to u since March! Wtf! U owe me credit!

    @MBakerTBTimes @carolynpfox @FrontierCorp I accept that, however, Grandma has been with them (old Verizon?) for decades. You’d hope there would be some kind of customer loyalty after that long.

    @AskFrontier @Verizon since they’re connected. Are both down now. 78640. Barely any service and should have full 5g uw. Barely lte working. And fiber is out.

    Hey @FrontierCorp Bad cable install = no Net for a week. Eero replacement won’t help the issue. But only “resolution” offered was DIY new Eero (3more days) and then wait more days for on-site tech??? How ‘bout tech comes ASAP w/Eero and cable and does the job right this time?
