It has been out since yesterday around 1pm. Complete outage. Its now 930am the next day, and it’s STILL out. What is the problem, and do we know how long this will go on? I work at home.

I had to call, wait 30 min, they need to create a new account, not prorating my previous account and I need several hours for them to restore my service. How is that fair? I had it for MANY YEARS thru Frontier! But had to redo the form & had my Dr. fill it out 2x already & faxed 3x to u since March! Wtf! U owe me credit!
