    @FrontierCorp I am so disgustingly unhappy with this service provider. I have been a customer since saturday the 4th and it has been a nightmare this whole time! my bill has hidden fees attached and the only option customer service is giving me is to let it go to collections!!

    It’s amazing that @FrontierCorp can confirm your number when you call. Then hang up on you two separate times. And never call you back. Cancelling my service to move and my WIFI mysteriously starts to not work. #CoincidenceImSure

    @FrontierCorp I have been a customer for 4 days and it has been horrible the entire time. constant trouble shooting with my internet, EXPENSIVE hidden fees on my bill, and now customer service’s only advice is to let my bill go to collections because of their mistake!!!!!

    @FrontierCorp For one, my bill could be lowered since there always seems to be a malfunction with my service every other month or so. Also, we always experience outages so if there’s any way that they can be prevented that would be great

    @FrontierCorp I have been trying to get technical support for days. I finally got a hold of someone 3 days ago and a technician was supposed to come yesterday and never showed. I’m wasting another day trying to get resolution. This is the worst support ever received.

    @AskFrontier my Wi-Fi has been down for a couple hours have been attempting to contact a live person via phone or chat for over an hour. This is ridiculous.

    @AskFrontier is actually the worst for internet. Dont fall for the low prices. Slow internet, frequent outages, impossible to talk to a real customer service rep, no communication, etc. We're headed back to our old provider.
