Tried to file a claim and the response was “we’re not responsible for employee negligence”. That pretty much encompasses any wrong doing in ANY situation. No # we try lets us to talk to a person. She is upset! Plz tell us how to talk to an actual agent! Chat kicks us off due to high volume.
