We deserve to be treated better than saying "that option is not available" when you try to speak to an agent. It is degrading and insulting. @insideFPL @PA_Consulting I see commercials every day talking about FPL investing in energy solutions to bring down utility bills, but my rates go up constantly. Paying $500+ every month in electrical bill. It's f@cking insane.
