I’m trying to play call of duty with my headset on & I can’t hear ****. @UPS & @FedEx need to learn from Amazon to send notifications if the driver is there & is having issues and to be able to check the GPS location of the driver🙄

That was 11 days ago, and still no delivery. No refund, and one FedEx rep even asked for additional payment to return the card since I'm no longer in NY.

Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?
