    @FedEx why lying about the a delivery that didn't happen? It's a shame for a company like FedEx lying about a delivery for the package that they lost a week ago. Horrible customer service. I'm tired of calling their customer service.

    I hate HAVING to be home to sign for packages. I’m trying to play call of duty with my headset on & I can’t hear ****. @UPS & @FedEx need to learn from Amazon to send notifications if the driver is there & is having issues and to be able to check the GPS location of the driver🙄

    @fedex is trash. Package has been "out for delivery" for 3 days. No delivery & the tracking updates to say a request was made to hold the package. It wasn't. I've called customer service twice & both times they told me it would come that day. Nothing. Give me my money back.

    @FedEx If my customer sent their shipment to the wrong address…is it possible to call on their behalf to reroute their package or does my customer have to be the one to contact your customer service team since they are the sender of that shipment?
