  @FedExHelp @FedEx I am so angry. Your driver lied and said he attempted delivery. Home all day. Literally waiting for this package. Your customer service rep was no help.

  I spoke to 2 @FedEx reps today. One sent me back to the shipper to figure out the problem. The second one discovered the problem and resolved it. I forgot his name but excellent customer service.

  4 days later and @FedEx still has no info, update or a scheduled delivery on my snake. I've already assumed the worse that he is dead. 😥😥😥 I'll never use them again in life. Completely unforgivable act.

  I just literally looked out my window watched @FedEx Driver look at my building for 5 secs then pull off. No attempt to make my delivery. I’m really tired of FedEx shyt! Then I called a representative and she tried to convince me that it didn’t see that shyt! @FedExPolicy

  I really want to know why ALL the 🥷🏽’s who drive the commercial delivery trucks look so damn good?! Amazon, UPS, FEDEX, hell even a few mailmen! It must be a requirement on the applications at this point.

  @kchanidol I've had this same exact issue with @FedExHelp . The driver took a photo of the front of the building without even getting out of the truck. Laziest delivery drivers I've ever seen. I offered to share the video with FedEx, but no one is interested.

  Typical fedex notifications- Estimate delivery 10am-2PM. Package gets to my house after 8pm every time smh sometimes closer to 10 PM.

  Urgent issue. While closing my late brother’s account, your team changed the FedEx shipping address for his original documents to the wrong address. This has exposed sensitive personal information. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times with no resolution.

  @InpuVirus I ******* hate @FedEx. I always have issues with them. I literally have the same issue right now with a set of tires I ordered and supposed to have today and now it's delayed till Monday and I've already had to cancel my install appointment. I'll pay extra to not use them.
