None of the drivers bothered to knock or ring the doorbell. I presume contactless delivery is the standard. But they could at least knock and walk away. @FedEx @butcherbox

There is absolutely zero recourse when they rip you off and they won't even talk to you. They don't care about customers.

The company can however set expectations that these DSP contractors have to follow.

He was intelligent to get hired by FedEx, drive a delivery truck, and find addresses. He probably calculated that he could get away with it because of today’s broken justice system. His calculations were probably only a little off. Wondering if he has other victims. His brain should be dissected and analyzed after they execute him. (Or maybe before if we can get better research data.)
