Doesn’t explain horrible expectation management, however. This wasn’t the first time. It finally arrived, long after dark. No doorbell. I learned that a $3K item was left on porch from delivery text.

The government should get out of the business of delivering mail.

And fedex/ups/usps have lockers they get delivered to and you need a code to get in, so I’m so upset and really confused.
