@UPSHelp I sent a message, but it’s useless. Your just going to tell me it’s a weather delay and you’ll attempt tomorrow...meanwhile @FedEx has been able to deliver both days you were delayed.

Robby Bissett (@RobbyBissett19) reported from Edmonds, Washington

@FedEx here we are again? A weather delay? It's raining...in and around Seattle...is the warehouse underwater?

@allbyangel But either way, my bf has been at the apartment 24/7 since October due to breaking his foot, so we don’t miss deliveries to the door. And fedex/ups/usps have lockers they get delivered to and you need a code to get in, so I’m so upset and really confused.

  • WriterAMichaels
Andrew Michaels ❤✒ (@WriterAMichaels) reported from Picnic Point-North Lynnwood, Washington

@UPS I see why Amazon dropped you. @Wayfair should too. Tracking for packed stops with On Truck for delivery 12-16 in on call support told me Today, Monday, Saturday. Wow! #FedEx #lostpackage

  • fuzzybunny_feet
Nikki (@fuzzybunny_feet) reported from Mountlake Terrace, Washington

So I waited all day yesterday for an important package from @FedEx, constantly checking my phone for delivery updates. No knock on door, and they said attempted delivery, return to shipper. Now I'm pissed. 😡😡😡

  • netagar
Rahul (@netagar) reported from Grace, Washington

@FedEx @FedExHelp Someone at FedEx stole the contents of my package in Memphis and I have been trying to get an update on the status for a week now. No response. Worst customer service!!!

  • MyronReal
TheRealMyron (@MyronReal) reported from Kenmore, Washington

@jacobbogage Privatize the postal service. UPS, Amazon, FedEx and others could deliver the mail through their service(they practically do already) increase competition, control costs and improve service. The government should get out of the business of delivering mail.

@eudamon @FedEx @FedExHelp Ah. Except when it does, all hell backs up. Doesn’t explain horrible expectation management, however. This wasn’t the first time. It finally arrived, long after dark. No doorbell. I learned that a $3K item was left on porch from delivery text.

  • AedynBrooks
Aedyn Brooks (@AedynBrooks) reported from Silver Firs, Washington

@jake_fluekiger @FedEx caused my co-worker so much stress today, I thought she was going to have a stroke. We were waiting for two critical packages to arrive. We had to go get them because they couldn’t find the address. @amazon can every day, no problem. 😜

  • WriterAMichaels
Andrew Michaels ❤✒ (@WriterAMichaels) reported from Lynnwood, Washington

@FedEx Day 3 of my package being "on truck for delivery" and watching FedEx trucks pass my house. Appears @Wayfair made a mistake choosing FedEx. Sad 25 miles takes 5 days.

  • jaymcarthur
Jay McArthur (@jaymcarthur) reported from Shoreline, Washington

Wish I could say I was surprised that @FedEx has failed on more deliveries. Maybe they can call and explain why Santa didn’t deliver. Oh that’s right because they are the WORST logistics company in the world!!

  • chelsealouder

I’ve had to redirect every👏🏻single👏🏻FedEx👏🏻package👏🏻 to an office to be picked up because they ALL go into “pending” after they get to a hub nearby. So either something is wrong with my address or something is wrong with their delivery🙄🙄🙄

  • cassandra_on
Cassandra (@cassandra_on) reported from Martha Lake, Washington

FedEx: makes "delivery attempt" on a Sunday. "Sorry, we'll try again on the next business day" Tracking updates, shows scheduled delivery on Tuesday. There's a business day missing here

  • WriterAMichaels
Andrew Michaels ❤✒ (@WriterAMichaels) reported from Lynnwood, Washington

@FedEx What a joke. Package is 3 days later because you sent it 500 miles in the wrong direction. Was "Out for Delivery: scheduled for today. Now says no date and you gave it to some agent? @SenatorCantwell govt should investigate fraud in tracking and fees for failed service.

  • npthree
    Forty-two (don't panic)🚫👍 (@npthree) reported from Eastmont, Washington

It’s interesting that @FedEx has been able to deliver packages to my house the last two days while @UPS has bypassed my street due to weather conditions. Both were in reg. Size delivery trucks. UPS went down both streets next to mine, but skipped mine. #ups #fedex

  • ttlowkey23

@FedEx what's going on in Redmond, WA facility? No time table for delivery or update for 3 days..when package has been in building for 3 days? Can I come pick it up? Every. Single. Delivery.

@ZARA_Care contacted customer service for my order that should’ve delivered today but hasn’t been dispatched to fedex and the rep shut the chat on me before explaining what’s going on. Can you help?

@FedEx is complete garbage. Their Customer service is completely useless. They refuse to let you speak to anyone, only a useless automated system that sucks. There is absolutely zero recourse when they rip you off and they won't even talk to you. They don't care about customers.

@FedEx is becoming dog **** like UPS Cant update username online Cant get a human to help on phone without AI Care cant help add delivery instructions IT cant help with resetting username and for the guy refused to give me help ticket to follow up on the issue

  • Cross_Malaki
    Cross Malaki (@Cross_Malaki) reported

@ChrisValence @LASHYBILLS As someone who drove for a company that didn't give a ****, he probably did report the tags as out of date, but instead of taking the vehicle out of service, they just ordered him to go out with it anyway. That's what my bosses at FedEx made me do.

  • the_jakegodsey
    Jake Godsey (@the_jakegodsey) reported

@BoCamaro @audrawrongspeak It’s worth noting that the actual delivery drivers on the final door front delivery with FedEx are usually contract DSP (delivery service providers) employees and not direct FedEx employees. The company can however set expectations that these DSP contractors have to follow.

  • officialdocnash
    Doc Nash (@officialdocnash) reported

The thing I underestimated about Memphis was the ease of getting a job. So money really ain't the problem folks just wanna be something they don't exist for real. So, an obsession with creating situations that does happens. Even though Fedex, Tesla, Nike, Autozone etc are hiring.

  • charmcgi
charm ~ research sabbatical arc (@charmcgi) reported

sprinted across the parking lot of the massive security-enforced south bay fedex shipping center to reach their customer service desk before they closed at 10am (why 10am??)

@VitoComedy You can be stupid and not evil, and some really intelligent people are really evil. He was intelligent to get hired by FedEx, drive a delivery truck, and find addresses. He probably calculated that he could get away with it because of today’s broken justice system. His calculations were probably only a little off. Wondering if he has other victims. His brain should be dissected and analyzed after they execute him. (Or maybe before if we can get better research data.)
