Promised delivery by 12PM, then at 11:45AM was updated to “end of day”. It’s now 6:30PM and they just scanned it back into the depot. @Apple should just stop using FedEx, it’s a brand impacting issue.

Too any stories to tell hardly one from other service providers. They need a serious overhaul and better drivers who care about the job they are doing.

Matter of fact it was on a very rare occasion it didn't show up on time with UPS. Since since USPS started doing deliveries it's been more frequent. When I order stuff through FedEx, it is never late, and sometimes it's a day early.
