Difference is you go to business or residences and pick up packages. Basically Amazon is using their delivery setup to be another shipping option. Had me losing my mind for 24 hours, filing cases, calling, etc only to randomly deliver it now.

USPS literally gets pennies out of the shipping cost on pallets and pallets of boxes at every location everyday. It is the stupidest contracts ever!
