    @fedex really are the worst delivery service out there. ******** marked my Travis Scott Fragment 1 Low’s as delivered yesterday at 5:30 when I was home despite never delivering them. Had me losing my mind for 24 hours, filing cases, calling, etc only to randomly deliver it now.

    @CoachChelley My best friend was doing a good delivery thru some type of internet service. They shipped with @FedEx & she constantly had issues with delivery. Not delivered, or left in the lobby of her apt building & so on. The food company get reimbursing her but she finally gave up on it

    @FedExHelp I called FedEx because we keep getting packages for a business. The person addressed on the label does not live here! They picked up the packages before and the customer service person told me they updated it but I'm still getting packages!

    Dear @FedEx Can you please explain your logistics? A pkg was sent from S. Hackensack NJ. To Riverside, NJ, (75 miles away) but went 104 miles to Breinigsville PA, then back to Edison, NJ, (104 Miles), then onward to Riverside NJ( 60Miles) thurs delivery now hopefully SAT?

    @robertmclaws @CBSNews True, their customer service sucks but their service...pretty good. I ship regularly and one thing has gotten lost in 24 years of shipping. Nothing damaged. Maybe 5 packages really late. The service itself is decent and much cheaper than FedEx, UPS, etc. for light packages.

    Hello @FedEx @FedExHelp This is now the third time in as many weeks that my order was opened prior to delivery and products were again removed. package was the taped back shut with clear tape, again access was from the bottom of the package. THREE TIMES!! PLEASE CONTACT ME!

But that breaks down when oil is at $99. Last-mile delivery costs are surging. UPS and FedEx fuel surcharges are at record levels. Packaging inputs are up. Data center energy costs are up. 16.6% of retail flowing through a channel that just got significantly more expensive to operate. That margin compression has to go somewhere, either absorbed by the platforms or passed to the consumer. Watch AMZN and SHOP earnings guidance closely. If they start flagging logistics costs, the one sector everyone assumed was immune to the oil shock isn't.

    @FedExHelp Hey FedEx; I paid $11.50 for scheduled delivery today. Got door tag that they tried to deliver. I was here & they did not ring the doorbell. Now rescheduled for tomorrow w/ no time frame. So now I sit home waiting all day? Not happy.

    @GoldmanSachs This is urgent. While closing my late brother’s account, your team changed the FedEx label to the wrong address and his original documents with personal information are now being sent to the wrong place. Customer service has not resolved this.Please escalate ASAP. I’ll be suing!

    @FedEx Frustrating day waiting for package out of New Haven, IN, office. At home ALL DAY, but lying driver initiates text "no one at home." Provides "delivery photo" of unknown brown brick commercial building with iron fence. NOT MY RESIDENCE. FEDEX & ITS AI SUCKS!! Fix FEDEX!
