Angry call made to FedEx for 3 false days of deliveries and followed up to let your Ship Manager be aware. The agent was perfect and took notes and escalated to better serve the Chewy customers in our area. 🐾💙

I literally have the same issue right now with a set of tires I ordered and supposed to have today and now it's delayed till Monday and I've already had to cancel my install appointment. I'll pay extra to not use them.
