    So not sure how to get this to you @Kohls. something wrong with your delivery supply chain. Tried to order shoes and was sent an empty box (Adidas box included, but empty). Replacement ordered but same thing, box arrived empty. Orig seal broken and retaped, so maybe @fedex issue

    I sat right next to the door and had a perfect view of the entrance to work for 5 hours straight, just to wait for the damn @FedEx truck to drop off a package. Saw one passed by, then 30 minutes later I got an update saying attempted delivery,no one there. #WTF #fedexFail

    @FedEx - not really getting your “backwards” commercial - are you trying to say the problems with the vaccine distribution are not Fedex’s fault - I did not realize anyone was accusing you of being the problem????

    and just like the good Samaritan who actually delivered mine 2 weeks ago, I'm taking the package to the person who actually ordered it in the morning. Fix your problems @FedEx - this is a disgrace to whatever organizational pride you might have. Lazy freakin drivers!!

    @billyez2 my beef is lane blockage - two traffic lanes often shift to one real lane due to unenforced double parking, delivery vans (looking at you UPS, fedex, Amazon) and uber drop offs.

    @FedEx If my customer sent their shipment to the wrong address…is it possible to call on their behalf to reroute their package or does my customer have to be the one to contact your customer service team since they are the sender of that shipment?

    It feels like FedEx is taking so long to deliver this, but it’s probably just my excitement. I hope I don’t have to wait another 8 hours for delivery. 🙃
