    @FedEx every time I have an express delivery it’s somehow always the wrong address but regular packages always seem to get delivered no problem. Not sure what the issue is? The drivers for regular shipments seem to find my incorrect address but not the express? 🤔

    @NatlSecCnslrs I know it is correct - GSA contract for FedEx has been cheaper than USPS for decades and includes delivery confirmation at no extra charge.

    @fedex is the worst. Wasted a whole day today waiting for delivery. They claim to have tried but were never even close. Now asking us to trust them on Monday. Signature required so screwed again. Making the post office look good

    @USPS when did you guys turn into FedEx? It was supposed to be delivered last Saturday, but I guess because Easter you didn’t work I wasn’t home Monday and you didn’t leave it. I had it rescheduled for today and you never bothered to show up. Absolutely terrible service.

    First and LAST time ever using @FedEx . Dropped off a package and they are telling me they have no idea where it is. $600 item gone, and im being told the most I can get back is maybe $100. Absolute joke!! What a horrible service! Never again!! Avoid using them!!

    @FedEx Took a WFH day to sign for a $10K+ package. I was home all morning—Jeep in the driveway—but no knock or doorbell. Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?

    I was not properly informed in advance about these charges, yet I am the one being burdened with repeated notices. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and far below the professional service I expected from FedEx.
