So order delivery/shipments are untraceable!!! Already burst into tears the second time I was disconnected! On hold now, we will see-not feeling hopeful

Not sure what the issue is? The drivers for regular shipments seem to find my incorrect address but not the express? 🤔

On two separated occasions my orders have been out for delivery one minute and rescheduled for tomorrow. 2 reputable companies too so it's a FedEx issue . I'm just Bummed in the burbs .
