Dear @FedEx Yet another crucial medical delivery pronounced delivered by you, with nothing at the door and no knock or doorbell chime to alert me as to package arrival. I immediately checked the door after email receipt, asked neighbors & surveyed the area. Nothing but deceipt.

Apparently when @FedEx delivers you a package that you can tell was tampered with, the best they can do is tell you “there’s nothing we can do” garbage customer service.

  • CMarshallWill
Chris Williams (@CMarshallWill) reported from Falls Church, Virginia

@FedExHelp The only thing FedEx can do to help is improve your shipping analytics software to give delivery projections that aren’t off by 5-7 days every. Single. Time.

@FedEx is complete garbage. Their Customer service is completely useless. They refuse to let you speak to anyone, only a useless automated system that sucks. There is absolutely zero recourse when they rip you off and they won't even talk to you. They don't care about customers.

@ChrisValence @LASHYBILLS As someone who drove for a company that didn't give a ****, he probably did report the tags as out of date, but instead of taking the vehicle out of service, they just ordered him to go out with it anyway. That's what my bosses at FedEx made me do.

  • the_jakegodsey
    Jake Godsey (@the_jakegodsey) reported

@BoCamaro @audrawrongspeak It’s worth noting that the actual delivery drivers on the final door front delivery with FedEx are usually contract DSP (delivery service providers) employees and not direct FedEx employees. The company can however set expectations that these DSP contractors have to follow.

The thing I underestimated about Memphis was the ease of getting a job. So money really ain't the problem folks just wanna be something they don't exist for real. So, an obsession with creating situations that does happens. Even though Fedex, Tesla, Nike, Autozone etc are hiring.

sprinted across the parking lot of the massive security-enforced south bay fedex shipping center to reach their customer service desk before they closed at 10am (why 10am??)

@VitoComedy You can be stupid and not evil, and some really intelligent people are really evil. He was intelligent to get hired by FedEx, drive a delivery truck, and find addresses. He probably calculated that he could get away with it because of today’s broken justice system. His calculations were probably only a little off. Wondering if he has other victims. His brain should be dissected and analyzed after they execute him. (Or maybe before if we can get better research data.)
