    @HondaCustSvc I have shared my FedEx account number for expedited service and still haven’t received my title release! I have called call centers every day with wait time for@over two hours! Pathetic service!

    I love a @FedEx delivery where they “made an attempt” an hour after it went out for delivery, said the location is unavailable (it very much is), and that I can pick it up any time after 7pm at a center that’s a 1+ hour round trip

    @FedEx The former Marine CEO has forgotten and $$ drives him. Customers get excuses #Weatherdelays so @Fedex can avoid service failure reimbursements but its performance related due to over stretching their capability which r the cause, but customers pay a premium 4 crap service

    @FedEx @FedExHelp My daughter shipped a package fr RALEIGH NC & the tracking information states it was shipped fr Jacksonville NC. She doesnt live in Jacksonville NC. Also excuse for failed delivery to me is #Weatherdelay common excuse to avoid paying out service failures!

    @FedEx she then proceeds to verbally tell me she doesn’t care about solving the issue OR her total lack of personal hygiene. This is unacceptable and quite frankly, if I get ill, i intend to sue. 2/2

    @FedExHelp The only thing FedEx can do to help is improve your shipping analytics software to give delivery projections that aren’t off by 5-7 days every. Single. Time.

    . @FedEx the hits just keep on coming from your cust svc. You miss my 2DayAM delivery by 64 minutes.I was told I should receive a FULL refund & to call back after the package was delivered. Keep getting the run around regarding a refund. Each call is an added hurdle and NO refund

    @FedExHelp Telling ME to reestablish a FEDEX account is not the solution. @blueapron is a weekly delivery with specific instructions updated with the previous screwed up deliveries..fire the drivers!

    How nice of FedEx to wait till 2 hours into today's scheduled delivery window before deciding they wouldn't bother trying to deliver my package till tomorrow. So glad I waited in for that!

    and just like the good Samaritan who actually delivered mine 2 weeks ago, I'm taking the package to the person who actually ordered it in the morning. Fix your problems @FedEx - this is a disgrace to whatever organizational pride you might have. Lazy freakin drivers!!

    @billyez2 my beef is lane blockage - two traffic lanes often shift to one real lane due to unenforced double parking, delivery vans (looking at you UPS, fedex, Amazon) and uber drop offs.

    @FedEx If my customer sent their shipment to the wrong address…is it possible to call on their behalf to reroute their package or does my customer have to be the one to contact your customer service team since they are the sender of that shipment?

    It feels like FedEx is taking so long to deliver this, but it’s probably just my excitement. I hope I don’t have to wait another 8 hours for delivery. 🙃
