Per FedEx, the label was incorrect. It is currently in a perpetual state of delay at the FedEx facility - stating Monday for next delivery day. What can be done to resolve?

He was making a delivery at her home and as is not unusual in Paradise the house is off the road with a long driveway. He was there when she left her home. My heart breaks for the family and the entire community of Paradise. 🥹😔

AmAir and Amazon’s third party delivery services make FedEx expendable. And they really are working on the drone delivery. So, Amazon just gets bigger paying NO taxes.

Tanner Horner was an independent contractor via subcontractor Big Topspin, not a direct FedEx employee. He had no public criminal history or red flags that would have flagged him as a risk during standard vetting. The family sued FedEx, Big Topspin, and Horner in 2022 for negligence, but there's no evidence the companies could have detected or prevented this—his actions were a deliberate crime during a delivery, not tied to any company policy or oversight failure. Blame belongs solely to Horner. Media attaches "FedEx driver" for context because that's how the public knew him in the moment, but it's bad luck for the company, just like any employer whose worker snaps unpredictably.

Maria 🟧 (@AskApsychNurse) reported@FedEx So…..TWO days in a row, the SAME delivery driver failed to deliver my package. It is medication that needs to be refrigerated. This is UNACCEPTABLE and IRRESPONSIBLE. Do better, FedEx and you need to reach out to this driver for accountability training.
