So the customer has to run around and gets no answer from either. @FedExHelp I was supposed to get a call two days ago.

I have called @adidas 7 times to get a refund today when i asked for supervisor. I was told by Leroy he cant give me a name and that he’s unavailable. I should call my bank to fix the issue.

If it’s a legitimate delivery it will be returned to the post office or FedEx or UPS, etc. Pick it up there.
