    @_nats86 You’d think that these companies would really use the pandemic to iron out problems with shipping/tracking... SMDH 😔 FedEx had me drive all the way out to Crofton from College Park, only to reveal that my packages were waiting for me at my local Walgreens back home… in Laurel.

    @fedex Thank you to John and Nicole Thomas at the Crofton MD FedEx HUB. They were the only ones who listened and helped. It’s sad customer service did nothing. I had to physically go to the hub! Case no. 0105670282.

    @FedExHelp @FedEx Your driver claimed they dropped off a package today (about $800 of material) 399527270808 & they never showed up. We have cameras. Your AI customer service is below average. Please contact your driver!

    FedEx and adidas are messing up! @FedEx dropped my shoes off somewhere and never called back. @adidasUS said its not our problem. So the customer has to run around and gets no answer from either. @FedExHelp I was supposed to get a call two days ago.

    Fedex STAY delivering this other house’s package KD to my house. The driver clearly has trouble distinguishing “8” from “6” sometimes. Kinda funny…I’ll take it up the street in a few

    @FedEx @FedExHelp has absolutely horrible customer service. Have been trying to figure out where my package is since last week and no one will call me back. I keep getting placed on hold and hung up on. Smh. Don’t use @FedEx.

    Adidas needs to fix this. @FedEx lost my shoes and admitted that. I have called @adidas 7 times to get a refund today when i asked for supervisor. I was told by Leroy he cant give me a name and that he’s unavailable. I should call my bank to fix the issue.

    @kchanidol I've had this same exact issue with @FedExHelp . The driver took a photo of the front of the building without even getting out of the truck. Laziest delivery drivers I've ever seen. I offered to share the video with FedEx, but no one is interested.

    First and LAST time ever using @FedEx . Dropped off a package and they are telling me they have no idea where it is. $600 item gone, and im being told the most I can get back is maybe $100. Absolute joke!! What a horrible service! Never again!! Avoid using them!!

    Hello @FedEx @FedExHelp This is now the third time in as many weeks that my order was opened prior to delivery and products were again removed. package was the taped back shut with clear tape, again access was from the bottom of the package. THREE TIMES!! PLEASE CONTACT ME!

    Anyone else notice how @Fedex package delivery reliability has gone waaaay downhill? It used to be I could pretty much count on on-time delivery 99.9% of the time. Now, it’s about 45-50% of the time. What the heck happened??!!

    @FedEx Took a WFH day to sign for a $10K+ package. I was home all morning—Jeep in the driveway—but no knock or doorbell. Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?
