They have a wire and box hanging down from the main power line in front of my house. I can’t get a real person on the phone to fix it. At first I thought it was Eversource. They came within minutes and told me it belonged to Frontier & said good luck.

Why is it that the municipally owned power utilities in towns like Norwich & Wallingford aren’t constantly hiking rates like this? Legislators should demand answers.

People’s lives are on the line. 3) Eversource got rid of a lot of local linemen.

The transition to renewables (which is at least 7 to 20 years out) has left us vulnerable now. Eversource’s CEO is worried about the next 2 years! CT is trying to hook people up to something that doesn’t exist.

This is their job to turn the power back on & we pay top dollar for it! Plus, Eversource got rid of a lot of their local utility crews when they bought the company. This is why they need to bring in crews from out of state

EVERSOURCE then calculates a percentage of the total of the three and adds that to my bill (to pay for other customers bills). Then they have the nerve to ask if I want to add 1,2, or 3 $’s for operation fuel. 🤯 meanwhile I freeze all winter.
